CONTROLLER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

PURPOSES AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We would like to inform you that your personal data will be processed for the purpose of accepting your application to participate in the conference Challenges of Contemporary Language Education, CCFLE 2023, including the issuing and sending of certificates of participation by the organiser on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO.
THE LENGTH OF TIME FOR WHICH WE WILL PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data will be processed for a period of 5 years.
CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The organisers will transfer your personal data (where appropriate, entrust the processing of your personal data) to trusted postal service providers, providers of IT services and software to support the management of the conference, providers of email hosting services and websites.
YOUR RIGHTS
As we process your personal data, you have the right to:
1) request access to your personal data,
2) request the rectification of your personal data,
3) request the erasure or restriction of the processing of your personal data,
4) to data portability to another controller (data processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO)
RIGHT TO OBJECT
In addition, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in the cases set out in Article 21 of the RODO.
RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT
If you consider that your personal data is not being processed in accordance with the requirements of the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, https://www.uodo.gov.pl/).
INFORMATION ON THE REQUIREMENT OR VOLUNTARINESS OF PROVIDING PERSONAL DATA AND THE CONSEQUENCES OF FAILING TO PROVIDE SUCH DATA
With regard to the processing of personal data for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the controller, the obligation to provide data is a legal requirement. In the case of other purposes, providing personal data is voluntary, however, it is necessary in order to participate in the conference; therefore, in the case of refusal to provide personal data, the Organiser will not be able to consider the Participant’s application
